If there is any point in Nigeria's political history in which the internet- and more especially social media- played a huge role in determining national decisions and outcomes, it was the 2015 elections. With the ruling party controlling state-owned media and having the financial resources to outmatch the opposition, Buhari needed to have friends in "high places" such as the world of the internet. Adebola Williams (@debolalagos) & Chude Jideonwo (@chude)
