There is a Latin doctrine which state that : "The thing speaks for itself". This statement has also been used to imply that "the facts speaks for itself".Having said that, let's go to the facts now:
1. It is a fact that :1/3 Of the whole senate is needed to form a quorum for any normal business of the senate to commence!
2. It is a fact too that a quorum is 38 of the members of the senate!
3. It is a fact that PDP has 49 members in the Senate, and APGA has 1 member.
Now my question??
Had all the APC members gone for the meeting with the president, and the PDP continued with the senate proceedings!
1.Will it still be legal and right had the PDP elected and produce the Senate President and Deputy Senate President since they can form a quorum themselves?
2. If "No" what was and is really wrong with Sarakis Emergence?
