Gullibility is the order of the day on Nairaland. It would pay you guys to start reasoning and doing your analyses yourselves. One picture, one second (from an event of possibly several hours), then one person attributes it with a story and all buys the story, this is usually followed by terrible comments when in truth neither of you were present at the event that created the picture. Am saying this because I have noticed in recent months that some people have made it an agenda to deceive or confuse the general public here on Nairaland either to gain attention, to catch fun, score cheap shots against opposition (usually political or tribal) or to humiliate the pictures subject. In all this, the rule no 8 of Nairaland might not be essentially violated but bent. I want to plead with those who find themselves in this categories I mentioned to stop promoting 'hatred' and be socially responsible when creating threads as false information can be very harmful.

Thanks. Practise what is good for Nigeria and what is bad for biafra, bokoharam, corruption, selfishness etc. Respect your elgers and leaders. You can always ask sensible questions and don't comment on what you don't know.
