The other day, it was El-Rufai appointment of two special advisers of Yoruba origin.

About 16 years ago, Orji Uzo Kalu, former governor of Abia State did it without publicity by appointing Yoruba folks into his cabinet.

Gabriel Suswam, former governor of Benue State did same, appointing Igbo people into his cabinet with no publicity.

In December 2010, Sullivan Chime, former governor of Enugu State presented his child for treatment at UNTH, Enugu. Nobody has made that a headline until today.

Why do APC folks take to publicity events that truly don't deserve any headline status?
