Perm. Secs. are not political appointments like ministers and ambassadors. They are civil servants that have 'grown' over the years in their respective ministries.Yes,the military chiefs were appointed by GEJ but you don't expect him to sack them just like that without knowing the level of their successes and failures especially when it's a joint war with other neighbouring countries.

So all the permanent secretaries running the ministries are all reporting directly to PMB?

There must be hundreds of permanent secretaries reporting to him.

Do you really believe one man can run Nigeria by himself?

It took GEJ six weeks to appoint his ministers, besides the senate is on recess.. It makes no sense to remove service chiefs now when we are in the middle of a war.. On heads of government agencies, I think the OP and his cohorts are just trying hard sound intelligent when they are not. Just yesterday, Mr. President requested for the full account details of all government agencies, this is a process of handover or you guys were expecting him to just sack all heads of agencies without knowing the state of what they are leaving behind? Nigerians are not use to systematic way of doing things, they enjoy the "gra-gra" method.. That's why we are where we are today.. Smh.
Ok let's knock this 'It took GEJ 6 weeks.....'nonsense on the head once and for all. When GEJ first became President it was after the death of Yardua. There was ALREADY a full functioning govt in place. There were ministers, a Sec to govt, chief of staff...etc. He could afford to take his time to make changes he wanted, because THERE WAS NO VOID OR GAP IN THE GOVT OF THE COUNTRY. The same was the case after his relection. In fact what GEJ did after 6 weeks was more a reshuffle of an existing govt.
For God's sake I really don't understand what passes for brains in some Nigerians. Here is a Man who won the presidential election at the end of March. There was no contesting the result from GEJ so he had all the time in April and May to consider his appointments. Now it's almost a month since the inauguration and 3 months since the election and he does not even have a chief of staff? Come on people open your eyes and stop supporting blindly. Many of you are under 30 it's YOUR future at stake. You need to learn to not support any leader blindly , but rather hold them to a high level of account. If you don't do that they will continue to take you for a ride.
The problem with the Buhari govt, is the internal conflict within APC. There is a power struggle there and that's what precluding any appointments. Nigerians need to put pressure on them to put their selfish ambitions aside and put the country first.

My question actually has nothing to do with APC or PDP but about your heading.

That's why he needed ministers in place to help him quickly get a grasp.
Madam what Iam really saying is that Buhari is not in office he was secretly toppled on 30th May 2015.

They Task now is to present him as clueless before announcing reason he has to leave office and be replaced.

To study what? Will he acquire B.sc in Democracy after the study or has Nigeria to University?

We need him to act fast as he and his cohorts told Nigerians that they know Nigeria and Nigerians problems already. No need schooling Nigeria.

Somehow right but 2 weeks is way too short for any significant change. Too much party problems with Tinubu wanting to lord it over everyone like he thinks Nigeria is Lagos state. Guess he is dealing with all that the reason releasing ministerial list have taken some time too I believe

Baba is taking his time, He has four years to work and need to build a solid foundation. Note the following:

* P/H refinery will start working by July ending.
* Warri refinery will start working in two weeks time
* Worker has started resuming early at federal ministries
* Queue at filling stations gradually disappearing

and you said that BABA is not working........................................................

What else do you want within this space....................Magic; BABA is not a magician

@Gen Buhari

Something is definitely wrong somewhere but if you think anything has happened to PMB, know that he is alive and well.
PMB may be doing this deliberately because...

1. His authoritarian nature; he likes to run the show by himself, as much and for as long as he can before the public outcry becomes unbearable.

2. He is trying to save money, deploying a cabinet will require billions in allowances, wages, etc. He's waiting till he really needs them.

3. He's still working with GEJs ministers, to recover misappropriated funds before he calls in his own people.

What do you think ?
