Mr Aderemi Opalokun the Borno Commissiomer of Police told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Maiduguri that several others were injured by the explosion. “At about 1730 hours on Tuesday there was an IED explosion in Bulabulin ward of Monguno LGA.  |
