My Account Officer at First Bank told me, and infact it is indicated in the Form that you cannot roll over Treasury Bill in the Secondary Market, unless in the Primary Market.

I know of First Bank Ikota main branch. I negotiated 10% for a principal <1m though the negotiated tenor is 60days.
