To all the fathers who have been ignored by their children;
This is to all the fathers who work 24/7, to pay their children school fees;
This is to all the fathers who eat little so that their children can eat more;
This is to all fathers who eat and remain for their children;
Who ride beetles instead of Benz, so that they have money left to pay for the shelter their family live in;
Those who don't buy aso ebi, so that their children will have new Christmas clothes and shoes;
Fathers who work overtime, so that there children can go to extra lessons;
This to those who became fathers, not because they have children, but they carry the responsibility to nurture their offsprings;

To those who carry arms,
To defend our country
To make sure our children's children, still call where we called home, home;
So that they can reap out of the lands their fathers sowed on,
To fathers who lost their lives yesterday, so that we can be here today

For this selfless service will not be forgotten
