Coming from a Biafran, I take it as a joke. Right from ojuikwu, you biafrans have always been clowning.
You all are just disgruntled because Jonathan lost and election you all invested your energy into, showing you how insignificant you are.

Now all Ministries and Agencies of Government are sitting up and returning back to their constitutional Mandates and Responsibilities. Gradually the System will be sensitized and Nigeria will work again.
