• Manipulated untimely retirement of a High Court Judge

THE ELF Petroleum Nigeria Limited, a multinational oil company in Nigeria's oil and gas industry, has a lingering case to answer in the US court over imperial policy of accumulating wealth from Nigerian oil resources in exchange for the blood of Nigerian citizens and destroying the institution of justice administration in the country to suppress liberty of litigation for compensation. These are the circumstances within which a Nigerian legal practitioner, S.I. Ameh Esquire, SAN, petitioned The Deputy Chief (FCPA Unit), US Department of Justice, Fraud Section, Criminal Division, Bond Building, 1400 New York Avenue, N.W., Washington DC 2005, on behalf of Justice Gladys Olotu, on violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 by ELF Nigeria Limited. Justice Olotu became a victim of injustice for standing for justice and resisting bribery and intimidation to compromise the injustice perpetuated on an employee of an affiliate company of the ELF Nigeria Limited.

All this multinationals, they behave as if they are bigger than the law, they should try and bribe their way out of it the way they bribe their way in Nigeria law courts.
