If our judiciary can't function properly to sentence a big time criminal like FFK, then Buhari should set up Kangaroo court to sentence anybody found guilty of embezzlement of public fund into dungeon.

What Nonsense.

Big time Criminal? Did you say Buhari fight corruption? He should start with Abacha and his Family. I do not know if Tinubu or Amaechi stole but Abacha stole big time and if Buhari wishes to fight corruption, let him strip the Abachas family of every possession including the clothes they are wearing this minute.

Hypocrite

What nonsense.

To the malcontents this is travesty, once they convict you in their minds nothing can absolve you. This judge is definitely going to be the next target of their tirades. At the end of the day justice prevailed and whoever is not satisfied can hug the nearest transformer

So much for Change

You are just damn stupid! What has 'change' got to do with Fani Kayode's acquittal? So, you expect President Buhari to put a phone call to the judge and direct her to jail Fani Kayode, whether or not the EFCC did a diligent prosecution of the case? Some of you think through your anus!

This is a case that had dragged on for so long. When we say 'change' does that mean that the President should start dictating to a different arm of government, the judiciary?

Come on, grow up. If you have a grouse with 'change' and Buhari, say something else, do not show your complete ignorance online!!!

Good for democracy

In court of law u need strong evidence to convict a man and not sentiments as seen in nairaland.

KanwuliaJara come and see one of the criminals and one of bianca s boyfriend made to go free and the moronic nigerians won't channel their anger at these people looting their billions like there's no tomorrow. Using tax payers money to buy expensive properties in choice areas in America for their girlfriend family and nigerians are just wasting away and channeling their anger on gays

poverty, squalor, decay, brain drain, unemployment, inflation, malnutrition and disease is staring at them in the face yet they'll still be feigning fake religiousity and be kissing the arses of people r@ping our economy

I am laughing in french!!! The judge has dismissed the case as feeble.

Nigeria judiciary has been reduced to the highest bidder.

What do u expect wen a criminal is guarded by 15 armed police men. I av not given up on Nigeria sha, but may d children of those corrupt judges die untimely and stroke with deadly incurable illnesses if the will prosecute harshly on citizens that commit lesser crimes. So people await trails inside kiriri for wandering and stealing "handset". It's just so terrible dat u can't even get justice anywia in Nigeria, we will soon begin to subscribe to legit jungle justice. #timebomb

FFK the mouth running man. I am sure some things have changed hands behind the scene. Now that basket mouth FFK will start ranting about the opposition now on. If it was a poor boy that stole a chicken just for hungry purpose, the judge would have sentenced the young man to 47 years imprisonment with hard labour. A country where we have one set of laws for the rich and the other for the poor

It is usually a case of incompetent people trying to prosecute without taking any concrete evidence to court.
