The continuous request for loans by Governors from local and Foreign Creditors and its corresponding negative impact on the economy vis a vis the Country's Debt Profile indeed calls for concern...within a month after the inception of the new Government,Many state governors are hopping around seeking for loans, these loans when granted comes with a repayment plan over a period of years and the debt accumulated by State Governors in previous years amounts to billions of dollars which they are still servicing,I will advise they desist from further borrowing, cut down on capital expenditure and increase their Internally Generated Revenue..Greece is a case study with a huge debt profile that might be nearly impossible to pay off..NIGERIA NEEDs TO LEARN FROM GREECE
