OP is a terrible liar. I saw it happen on my way to work this morning. The man was trying to join the que because there was a slight traffic but was flagged down by LATSMA officials. He tried negotiating with them until he saw a towing van pull over, in a split second the man flipped and became enraged. I didn't see any beating.
