ok, u have a computer system, (pc) that restart automatically while trying to load to the desktop or windows, whatever u know it be.
This may be as a result of CORRUPT WINDOWS FILES, UNEXPECTED POWER OUTAGE or VIRUS.

STEPS
1. power down d PC
2. open d PC and bring out d hard-disk
3. get another PC that is working fine and slave the corrupt hard-disk to d good PC
4. power on d good PC, while trying to boot, it will automatically detect d corrupt hard-disk run correction check on it
5. wait until it finally boot to the desktop, then shut d pc down
6. remove d slave hard-disk and fixed it back to it own pc, then power it on. it work like a magic

NOTE: make sure ur usb security or antivirus on d PC u are slaving ur hard-disk to does not delete treat automatically, else it will delete d autorun of d boot sector. then u have no option than to format.

Alternatively, remove the hard disk and put it in your freezer beside your frozen chicken and ice fish, after two days, bring it our and connect it to the pc (do it quickly before the ice melts off), it would work perfectly like brand new.

Electric cooker can do wonder too .....kidding tho

Better still u can still use ur window cd to repair it instead of formatting or reloading it. Been doing that for long time

all this pirated cd's don't have d resources to repairs, d option is not available.
