It was a dark weekend for Nigerians as several bomb attacks occurred across the nation. There was an attack at a church on the outskirts of Potiskum Town, Yobe State as well as twin bomb blasts that went off in Jos.

Buhari had vowed to crush Boko Haram when he was sworn in on May 29. The insurgents have however stepped up their attacks, despite losing huge chunks of territory this year to soldiers from Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad and Niger...
