errr.. i worked with Ison BPO(Airtel call center) some months back and dy dont ask you to pay for application.... am nt saying its a scam ooo...everything you said match ISON BPO except the training which is 40days and the OJT is about 4-7 days and dy will never ask you to pay to process application ..its a multinational company and its been run by indians .... its either the company is trying to affiliate with ISON BPO .... If it is truly part of ison google ISON BPO it cant be hard to find ... @bolded is accurate

You can never see it on Mtn website because two separate companies have taken the contract of doing the recruitment for Mtn. You can only see such on the company's web not on Mtns.

KPI, Key Performance Index. Like in Etisalat, we have Monthly Knowledge Base Test (KB), Call Quality (QA Assessment), NBA (Next Best Action, Its the prompt sale of service like caller ring back tune etc), AHT (Average Handling time).

Call centre job has nothing to do with your qualification. You re bn paid by number of calls you picked and ur log on time per month.

Its minimum of OND. The writer about ISON is correct but if I may add, yyou have to be healthy I.e have good health to work with ISON BPO. That's just the truth. The job is stressful. Take it or leave it. It is good for a career in customer service.

Also, your training is 25days + 5days practical training(called OJT). After which you now go on 3months real OJT and then another 3months probation. If successful, you will now be handed a 1year renewable contract. Shikenah.

Training= 20k
3mnth OJT= 35k per month
3mnth Probation= 40k per month
1year contract=46k per month.

You work 5 days, 2days off. 9hrs/day (splitted 1hr break inclusive). There are 3 shifts.

You are sure of a renewed contract if you aint sacked.
