Go for intestinal treatment, it may be a disorder from your belly . Anyway try Dogo Yaro stick and lime it may help in reducing that Odour (onu isi) oozing out from your Buccal cavity. I can imagine your pain u know,people calling you names like" Smell Smell" mouth.

My brother, the truth is that this problem is internally generated and I suspect it may have to do with your diet choices:

1. Do you eat late and sleep almost immediately, this leads to indigestion and rotting of food on the lining of your alimentary canal and stomach, the smell may be what is manifesting when you talk which is why all the brushing and powders don't work because the treat only your mouth which is a surface problem. I once read an article where a guy's stomach was flushed and the doctors tested some of the flushed items and discovered that he had rotten food of almost 5 years in the lining of his intestines.

2. Take a herbal mixture to clear your stomach. I recommend hot water mixed with lemon and honey over a 2 week period. This clears your stomach.

3. Do not eat after 7 p.m. and do not take breakfast until you have excreted at least once. You could take natural (real natural oh...not all those Chitavi people saying 100% natural) fruit juices like carrot juice, pineapple orange etc. A good juicer isn't so expensive.

4. It may take about a week before significant changes occur. Do not be discouraged.

Probably, locally ones might also work but you hardly would get an expert on that area from Nigeria using herbal means. OP, i believe Garlic will solve your problem, i've heard so many testimonies from people who used Garlic. Buy Garlic and chew every night and day time when you're indoor. Also brush your tongue wella(don't scrape your tongue ooo.), the lord is your strength.

Thing is,often bad breath has little to do with just the mouth.the nose also plays a role in how your breath smells like.haven't you noticed how your breath smells different when you have catarrh?I suggest you visit an ENT specialist and I hope your problem can be resolved.good luck
