Start brushing with euthymol tooth paste (it is 10times stronger than dabur) also and most importantly buy a tongue scrub. The bad breath is as a result of bacteria that is on your tongue. 1 Like |

seems none work for me. A year ago visited another private hospital @ Ibadan
was asked to pay for #3,000.00 card fee, what a gorgeous amount in the mind
of low income student but i manage to pay it (borrowed) for the sake of my
social freedom. to my great surprise they only recommend most of mouthwash
and mouth spray i have once used before. what a disappointment, it seems
they let me down even with their huge card fee.
I have no option other than to take to online solution to my problem it's then
that i now discover that my problems lies on group of bacteria that reside @
the back of the tongue that produce bad smelling chemicals (sulphide)
through online consultation from THERABREATH.COM . a renowned US based
dental organisation. I was recommended their product (therabreath
mouthwash) and their toothpaste which is fluoride free. Now the problem lies
in getting the mouthwash which is (#42,000) equivalent in naira with shipping
cost. No doubt it would work for me due to a lot of people's testimonies.
Right now am on hydrogen peroxide, which do not only suppress for FEW
hours(2) but with a known side effect( corrotion and lung irritation). as i write
now i don't even know what next as a solution to my problem.
i'm excluded from social gathering, don't have money to do the necessary, in
fact this has become an every seconds of my thinking.

Go for intestinal treatment, it may be a disorder from your belly . Anyway try Dogo Yaro stick and lime it may help in reducing that Odour (onu isi) oozing out from your Buccal cavity. My brother, the truth is that this problem is internally generated and I suspect it may have to do with your diet choices:
1. Do you eat late and sleep almost immediately, this leads to indigestion and rotting of food on the lining of your alimentary canal and stomach, the smell may be what is manifesting when you talk which is why all the brushing and powders don't work because the treat only your mouth which is a surface problem. I once read an article where a guy's stomach was flushed and the doctors tested some of the flushed items and discovered that he had rotten food of almost 5 years in the lining of his intestines.
2. Take a herbal mixture to clear your stomach. I recommend hot water mixed with lemon and honey over a 2 week period. This clears your stomach.
3. Do not eat after 7 p.m. and do not take breakfast until you have excreted at least once. You could take natural (real natural oh...not all those Chitavi people saying 100% natural) fruit juices like carrot juice, pineapple orange etc. A good juicer isn't so expensive.
4. It may take about a week before significant changes occur. Do not be discouraged.

Try eating wallnuts if you can get them. Secondly, when you are brushing with toothpaste, squeeze some lime and drop in your mouth, let it mix with the paste as you brush. do it just 2 or 3 times a week. There could be improvement. 1 Like |

All those smells are as a result of bacterials feeding on your gums. Food particles stacked in between ur teeth, mouth, perhaps resulting to bacteria. You first go for mouth washing before going by these rules I'm to state for you.
Get a dental floss,new brush and euthymol toothpaste or oral B(That's the one I can remember for now). All these can be gotten from the dental clinic for better choice.
Floss ur teeth thoroughly,brush morning and night before bed. If possible brush three times daily. Make it an habit. my guy u sef go happy for yourself when u begin see the result. Is this really you? 1 Like |
