LETTER OF NOTIFICATION FOR THE IRREGULARITIES IN NAOSS
NATIONAL BODY CONVECTION .
This is to notify the good comrades, past leaders of NAOSS
national body who serve as a reformist of the association with
no negative bias in the past till present that the association at the
natonal level is already hijacked by subterfuge group who turn
themselve to be NAOSS over lords by bent the constitution of
our dear association in favour of their selfsness interest in the
name of 'naoss convection 2015 'that was marred with the
following irregularities :
1.The constitute of the electoral committee by the president
(Awodola simon afolayan ) ,and senate president (Fagbemigun
isreal ) without the formal knowledge of other executive arms
and legislative arms which is contrary to the NAOSS
constitution.
2. The constitution said that 'NAOSS National body election
should take place at akure township' but with the advise of Hon.
George Olamide ( the honourable represent akure north at ondo
state house of assembly) the naoss president take the election to
Eji Oba High School , Oba-ile in akure north local government
which applicable to be the home of honourable George which
contrary to what is stipulated in the constitution .
3 . The use of fake senators for election, it was around 10 :43 am
that two coaster bus with the name of UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA on
each buses with a capacities of 45 students each full loaded
arrive at the election ground with a taggs on their neck that was
customised with signature appended to it as "SPECIAL
DELEGATE" accompay by naoss president Awodola who quickly
gives the police officer the list of schools and direct them to
screen them in which they do with the help of the security
personnel on ground while the real delegate were still prevented
to enter, in order to exercise their francise ,the clerk insist that
the delegate are not real senators (fake senators) but the police
officer insisted until they allow the fake senators in when the
chief whip disagree that he will not allow them to go in, he was
molested with general beating by hon. George Olamide younger
brother after the fake delegate was already in a bus customise
with' youth affiars' go in to drop ballot papers will the authentic
delegate who are the presidents and general secretarys of their
different chapter are still waiting anguish outside the locked
gate.
4. The re-screening of the fake delegate by hon. George , when
the honourable discover that two delegate among the fake
delegate will vote for their brothers instead of the planned
candidate , the hon. ,ask them to drop their tags and order the
secury to open the gate and let them go out and the election is
already going on inside without the knowledge of the real
senators when he dicover that the election is almost true he now
called the police officer to allow the normal senators and agents
for each candidates to come in by calling the name of the
schools of each delegates (senators) aloud which is not done
when fake delegate were screened in, immediately,they are
screened in they are told to wait at security post to be seck by
security agency against dangerous weapon which i know
personally to be delay tactised, by the time the agents through
with their names be written at the front of the security post of
the high school, Obasuaye the formal national body director of
sport who honourable George given instruction to co-ordinate
the writing of the agent names was at front when the agents
arrived at the polling unit , Obasuaye went straight to the
kangaroo electoral chairman and present himself as a senator
immediately in order to fulfiled their planned work and also to
avoid the necessary questions from the agents why election
started with no agent on ground which is against the
constitution of our dear association, the electoral chairman rise
up and said that the guy in his front who claims to be a delegate
bearing OBASUAYE ASEEZ and he know two person bearing the
name from owo , one is former commissioner in ondo state
while the second person is a civil servant in the state he call the
police to arrest him in which the guy pretend as if he want to
snacht ballot box in which one of the electoral member carry
electoral material to the offical vechiel while awodola and
obasuaye went straight toward the gate with the intent that their
deal is done and the electoral chairman declare the election
inconclusive by gives the security forces on the election ground
to shot sporadically into the air in order to sent the agents and
the authentic delegate away with the intimidation of the forces
which they did accordingly.
5. After the NAOSSITE have been sent away with guns shot they
now back to the election ground to annouced their purported
candidate as the winner without agents that witness the election
this is pure imposition on Naoss national body which we the real
naossite we will not accept any kangaroon with full of election
malpratice.
It is our clarion call as a member of national association of ondo
state students at different chapters to the national level to
safeguard the interest of the association by living in harmony,
unity, freedom, equality and justice for the purpose of
consolidating the unity of all members with the enactment of
given a supremacy constitution which shall have binding force
on all authorities ,persons, and members and ,if any other law
,directive , or action is inconsistent with the provisions of the
constitution the constitution shall prevail and such action and
directive shall to extent of its inconsistency be void.
It is only the irrational naossite that will accept that naoss
national body election is being conducted yesterday.
