the problem we having here in nigeria is that we don't share common culture or languages in china they have only two languages which are chinese and Cantonese , in spain just one language and a custom, scotland the same. USSR did not break up because of secessionist ideology but because of unnecessary competition with the west in space and global domination which left it broke. The main reason for disintegration of USSR was ethnic. Till today, the ethnic tension is rumbling across former USSR encampments. Nigeria's case is not difference as ethnic tension takes the center stage whether in the political appointments or intake into governmental institution.
