Folks should stop justifying their OND and HND's,they should go for their university's degree programme. People should stop enrolling for Polytechnic education,and let see its impact.

The cert doesn't matter( whether Bsc or HND). As a HND holder and a manager to my own company, I have Bsc and HND holders as my staff member with high grads in school. Only blind people goes for the cert. If u want the best, u go for want the individual can offer.

Bsc or hnd.the most of the land lords in Nigeria are traders. Employing the so calld bsc and hnd.y bank marketers ar always in th markets to sell thr products.....abeg na just papers we get nothing else

Better still, we should be proud of ourselves and our certs(BSc /Hnd), be thankful to God for how far he has brought us.

Although the cert will give u the opportunity to be heard(sell urself), I also believe it(cert) is overrated.

What i know is that a Petroleum Engineering student in Unilag is nowhere near a student of the same course in PTI warri.

When I see posts like this,I feel like crying. I was busy wasting my precious years in school while my younger brother rejected his admission&was busy making real money.Shame don't always allow me to ask him for money. Nigerian certificate is a scam.I wrote dragnet exam last month&felt like asking my school for my school fees in exchange of the paper they called cert.Even if it will cost my blood,none of my children will school in Nigeria,otherwise they all go for vocational training.If those wasted years were used for traning,one would have been well esterblished. Besides what do they teach in school? I have HND&preferred it because of the challenges.It has helped me develop myself very well&still with plans for more. My advice to HND holders,if you can't withstand the challenges,enroll for BSC.But truth be told,that paper design with an inscription called certificate is overrated in Nigeria.

Discrimination or not,my own b say make i get a job wit satisfactory salary. If employer like make hin pay bsc holder 200K and pay me,hnd holder 130K,i no send. After d race,we count d miles covered

So are u saying that u are more brilliant than all those polytechnic students? I had HND and currently working with my OND. Now I'm through with my PGD and will still pursue. I was offered an admission in LASU but my dad couldn't afford to pay for my school fees because my elder sister and I got the admission d same year. Both my sis and I already had OND by that time. I had to go for HND as a sacrifice for my sis cos my father later agreed to struggle to pay for only one person in the University. Now I'm working with my OND and I bless God everyday for what I am today and where He is taking me to.
