this is the reason why we all should have our eyes tested yearly. if bruno had been regular with his visit to an eye doctor, the condition wouldbhv been managed using anti glaucama drugs and antioxidants for the eye. And i want to use this medium to tell us that diabetes and hypertension affect the eyes gravely if not well managed. it leads to retinopathies and in turn cause blindness. now mr bruno was not just battling with diabetes and diabetes increases cataract growth which can cause cloudy vision, his eyes has been working under a high pressure( ocular hypertension, increased intraocular pressure) which damages his optic nerve. ignorance is dangerous. negligence is dangerous. my piece.

just as hypertension is the silent killer, glaucoma is the silent thief of sight. let us be warned. dont say it was sent from d villa, all these can be avoided if we visit an eye doctor.

Glaucoma is irreversible. Nothing can be done, except surgery to prevent further deterioration.
