It seems to me you lack proper decorum. Everyone knows Bush junior as someone that not only can nurse grudges, but also deliver paybacks- for starting war in Iraq to revenge Saddam Hussein for attempting to assassinate George Bush Senior, and that doesn't in any way justify the use of public offices for personal vendetta.

To truly understand an individual give him power, that you are talking this way because you have never held power and know how it feels to control the faith of men. But it all boils down to having God in your heart which is love.majority of leaders do have love in there heart and God is love that's why they GI for revenge besides revenge is a meal best served cold.
