So PMB is still digging to offset the election of the principal officers of the Senate in order that APC shall hand-pick rubber stamp officers to enable Buhari work as a dictator? Doubt if the court which is the Third arm of the government can dabble into the affairs of the Second Arm of government to please the Executive Arm of the same government.

In other words, the court cannot have jurisdiction over what it is being prayed by the the five senators to act upon.

All the time Hon. Aminu Tambuwal was Speaker of the House of Reps. and played opposition to his party, he was not elected according to the wish of his party; was he elected with the order of proceedings as established then by the House?
