Is their email not functioning? Send a very constructive email and make them to reply your mail as an evidence. Tell them you would report them to the consumer potection unit of CBN if they refuse to treat the issue.

i mean paypal sale is a very cheap way to scam people. not the seller. i will need someone who has bought paypal from him to testify before i can buy. i need 3000 usd. not ready to be scammed right now.
