Bianca Ojukwu’s Next Move by Nobody: 8:00pm On Aug 02, 2015
When beautiful Bianca Ojukwu was named Ambassador to Spain by former President Goodluck Jonathan, it was greeted with mixed feelings.

Many had viewed the appointment as a compensation of sorts for the Chief Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu clan, while some concluded that it was an opportunity for the beautiful lady to serve her fatherland.
On assumption of office in faraway Spain, she displayed her brilliance and intelligence, as she carried out her assignments, which many had thought would be too overwhelming for her, with uncommon ease.
This, we gathered, endeared her to many Nigerians in that country; and in no time, she received awards from many that found her a worthy Nigerian ambassador.

We learnt that Bianca, despite her achievements and aristocratic background, carried out her duties as a detribalised Nigerian. She was said to have also mixed freely with Nigerians in Spain, irrespective of their ethnic or religious backgrounds. Besides, she maintained a very warm relationship between Nigeria and Spain during her tenure.
No doubt, Bianca is one of the many lucky Nigerians born with silver spoons being the sixth child of former Anambra State governor, Christian Onoh. She was reading  Politics, Economics and Law at the University of Buckingham, but had to seek a transfer to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, on the insistence of her father, who wanted her to major in Law, so she could join his firm in Nigeria upon graduation.

In 1988, she contested and won the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant, a development that gave her instant fame. She, however, resigned her position, following a scandal that she was dating the late Biafran warlord, the Ikemba of Nnewi Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. It was a most trying period for her. The rumour was later confirmed, as she got married to the former Eastern Region military governor in an elaborate wedding. Eventually, she put the scandal behind her and moved on with her life.
Upon the demise of her love, she, again, encountered another tempestuous period from her in-laws over some properties bequeathed to her by the late Ikemba.  Again, she proved that she is a lady with nine lives, as she also survived the family battles.

Unlike some others who would have changed negatively by these unpleasant experiences, the former beauty queen has remained humble and simple. Having been recalled along with other non-career ambassadors by the new government of President Muhammad Buhari, many are wondering what would be her move. As a former beauty queen and widow of one of the personalities that shaped the history of Nigeria, she is like a gold fish without a hiding place. All eyes will continue to be focused on her.

Bianca was quite possibly one of the last children born just before open hostilities commenced during the war.

Don't talk like a morron. Bianca has categorically stated that she has never met fani-Kayode in her life and no living person has ever corroborated that they were ever together. I hope Bianca goes into politics. I would love for her to be the next APGA gubernatorial candidate in either Enugu or Anambra state............that's assuming if we have not yet got Biafra by then, she could be the the minister of foreign affairs of the sovereign state of Biafra.

The odds of Fani Kayode having ever been her lover are a billion to one. Just flash back to your high school and think. Which category would you place Femi
a. Jock(prom king)
b. Soccer star
c. Court jester( funny man)
d. Team member
e. Geek( bookworm)
If you guessed a or b, you're so wrong. The answer is E, Femi is a bookworm who simply reinvented himself hence why he overplays the bad boy role. Real bad boys don't need to act, its just in them. Its innate. Mr Femi is a typical geek loves prom queen but she never sees or notices him. So he studies harder so as to one day win her by showing her how far he has come. But later on he learns the bitter truth. All Prom queens find their prince and live happily ever after. The Nollywood prom queen nemesis end is just for the screens. Femi will always lust after her because she will never notice his existence.
Besides what hot wealthy Easterner will hang out with a westerner. Let's be realistic

Bianca really made things happen for Nigerians in Spain. So many people who were destitute and hopeless that she rehabilitated and so many abandoned children that she reunited with their families back home in Nigeria. She was an ambassador that Nigerians in Spain were proud of and her beauty is Legendary in Spain, as she has been gracing their glossy magazines and prestigious functions.

Lady Bianca, you are just one in a million, not like all these public officers who are callous and with no regards for the people. Carry go! We are just 2 proud of you!

Generally Nigerians in Diaspora do not have anything good to say about the ambassadors representing them there,so is good to hear that Bianca Ojikwu is an exception to this rule. I once witnessed a Nigerian heaping abuses upon an ambassador representing our country at the Airport, claiming that the man elevated himself to a tin god and hardly can any Nigerian that he is paid to represent come into his office at the embassy. It was quite an embarrassment.

Is good that people like Bianca Ojukwu are changing this unpleasant attitude of Nigerian envoys who rather than protect the interest of those that they have been sent to represent, end up causing them untold hardship.

If you think there's anything like one Nigeria then you are the deluded one.
