As it stands Edo is among the most indebted state in the country and he is asking for another loan. Oshiomole will only end up mortgaging the future of Edo and the generation yet unborn. The question is what does he want to do with the money? To install a successor I guess or he wants to take the money home as his retirement benefits?. Posterity will judge him.

World bank had already approved a $225M budget to edo state which was to be released in 3 tranches

They had sought senate approval for the first tranche that was released to them. This is the second tranche which is more of an administration exercise since the loan was already pre-approved ages ago
