Fashola's administration awarding Oworonshoki Pedestrian under bridge beautification project for N150 M. A source close to the contractor said they paid in half of the money into an account, settled some top officials with N45 M and had to use the remaining 30million naira on the project. Fashola, being over awarding contract since 1631 AD.
