haha... Omo the thing tire me. Let's say we started in October, we for don dey round up now but as it is now, we will not round up the course and internship this year as we now have ten months left.

Course + Internship = 11months (5+6).

I think the change in ptdf personnel is affecting our success. Just pray this govt won't hijack our effort.

Wait ooo, have u people started the training? Seems so, since all of you have dispersed, thread gone cold. Those who had travelled to ph already in Laser, is there no nairaland there? Brief us abt the training

@saryea83, u shouldn't get ur sef worked about this issue.. D fact is d training will hold.. U shud knw Dat activities in most sectors is stalled because of d budget AND dis training has to do wit financing from d government.. Once everything is in place, d training will surely kick start.. So chill

Okay! Which budget are you talking about? 2016? The training was advertised in early 2015, I think March 2015 as oil and gas training and later modified to geoscience training in August 2015 so one will want to think that it was captured in 2015 budget. If it's 2016 budget then it will take a long time to commence.

The MD has been replaced with the director in charge of training so this shouldn't be a problem for him as he won't need time to hit the ground running.

So I'm still wondering what is delaying the commencement of this training. One needs to charge his brain soon!

We are in a new month and the wait continues, but while we wait we can brainstorm on what to expect from the training. Practicals, Field trips etc

I smell confusion in the midst of applicants and d giant Ptdf. My country in real state of confusion...

I tried checking out laser oil ND gas training website ND i read about there training time table wich starts in April, every session.. So I'm kinda wondering if Der is any sense in Dat to d cause of d delay.. But let's hope for gud news dis time around..

I'm also suggesting, if we can call d numbers Dat called us last month for our details to enquire about d training again.. I tried calling mine but no answer...
