Late Mamman Vatsa was IBB'S bosom friend. He was the minister for FCT in the early months of IBB'S regime. Vatsa got fingered as a coup mastermind in 1986. He was 'tried' and executed alongside other co-accused. Many believe Vatsa was set up by his friend Ibb because of the envy he (ibb) held for Vatsa's cerebral prowess.

That picture looks recent to be that of Vatsa who was killed in 1988.
