You do not need the V.c to give you union. Get your people together and start writing collectively about what you need . If you make enough noise the V.c will call you to dialogue. The V.c will never allow a union to be formed. By asking for permission you are only looking for money. If you can carry your students with you and the V.c sees that the students are supporting you in one voice they will recognize you. Please stop looking for handout from the V.c. |
