They are ashamed to admit the giant strides attained so far, just under 3 months of a Clean Government!
Its a pity, that disbursing mothly allocation, that should be a norm in any governance. Or was there any month that GEJ didn't disburse money. And u call it "GIANT STRIDES" or whatever u call it. Don't tell me u av also been deceived. Well time will tell. Have. A nice day.

The Minister of State for Finance, Mr Bashir Yuguda, said N388 billion was shared among the federal, states and local governments as revenue for April 2015.

Yuguda announced this in Abuja when he addressed newsmen on the outcome of the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting.
I must admit Buhari's administration is yielding Nigeria much income. Dude's really trying

The implementation has been since February this year. Is correcting falsehood tantamount to hatred? Do you need a new brain?

Spoken like a typical almajiri, check public records to find out when TSA was implemented.

Public records show that TSA was implemented on Sunday, August 9, 2015.

Excerpts from THISDAY (16/8/2015)

"That is why Nigerians should applaud President Buhari for his boldness when on Sunday, August 9, 2015 he announced that all MDAs should transfer all their accounts with commercial banks to Treasury Single Accounts (TSA) with immediate effect. Yes, former President Jonathan gave similar directive in January with February 28, 2015 as the deadline but as usual, lacking leadership, he was ignored by most of these MDAs. The good news is that by August 11, most of these MDAs have started complying."

Jonathan was an ineffective, powerless and completely clueless joke of a President.

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/01/fg-saves-n500bn-through-implementation-of-single-treasury-account/

The federal government saved about N500 billion in unutilized funds last year through the implementation of the Single Treasury Account (TSA).
TSA is a unified structure of government bank accounts that gives a consolidated view of government cash resources. It is a system, whereby all monies belonging to the government are domiciled in one account with the Central Bank of Nigeria, with payments out and collection into the account done via an electronic payment platform.

Stick to the topic and stop putting you uncultured nature on display.

From the link you provided which you clearly lacked capacity to understand, the savings for 2014 were made as a result of implementing the E-Payment systems which is only a minor component of the TSA. The TSA was never fully implemented until President Buhari's emergence.

It was CLEARLY stated that the order for closure of all revenue accounts which is the core element of the TSA and subject of our discussion (as evident in the definition of TSA you provided) was given on January 1 2015 with a February 28th deadline which was never adhered to due to the incompetence of Jonaboy.

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/01/fg-saves-n500bn-through-implementation-of-single-treasury-account/

It is instructive that MDA's were still operating numerous uncoordinated revenue accounts with commercial banks which is in DIRECT violation of the TSA provisions until the order by President Buhari on August 9th, which had MDA's complying under 48 hours.

Ensure you understand the content of your links before presenting it before the public in future. It's embarrassing.

More like you lack any substance to argue with. I'm glad you have now understood part of the reasons why Nigerians collectively kicked the inept and completely inadequate Jonadunce into the annals of history.

grin APC zombies are very very very dumb. They are dumbly trying to compare revenue generation with GEJ's government that is already complete with cabinet in place and federal projects scattered all over the country, with Buari's empty government with no cabinet in place and no single project going on. Why will revenue not increase? I tire for these xombies.

See educated mugu, revenue will increase because there is no new project, and this one too follow go school.

So Jonathan spends money from federation account to fund his phantom projects before declaring what is to be shared?

Implementation since february indeed! On what scale is this implementation? You know, when you can't make a comment without insults it goes to show your level of 'shallowness'.
