because the country of western nigeria is not running any over head cost and no large government, you can see the difference... basically apart from me and just a small people.. we have a tiny government compare to Nigeria. And because we dont have 500 member call senate and house of representative to pay. unlike nigeria where the state are subject to this large over head cost. we have zero over head cost... no money to steal at the center.  |

the people are not subject to any large government apart from local authority. Which is saving , compare with the other side. |
