Computer boy any time my sister play movies with disc on her laptop after some time it say pm ran into problem and makes some noise and later it will show no on installed, unless she remove and re input the battery b4 it will start. No that she play disc on it always.

I'm using windows 8 pro on my laptop so I decided to upgrade to windows 10 due to slow speed of media creation too I decide to get one from getintopc.com. Alas! It was windows 10 enterprise ltsb to add salt to the it was an expired build (I can't remember the version number cos the pc is down already) and it will restart itself after few hours. Now I've got one from a friend but this one is saying THE SETUP CANNOT VALIDATE THE PRODUCT KEY. Please any form of help will be appreciated
