OWERRI—Sequel to Imo State government’s acknowledgment of the receipt of Federal Government’s bailout fund, the Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Ecclesiastical Province, His Grace, Most Rev. Anthony J. V. Obinna, has again challenged Governor Rochas Okorocha to publish the state’s financial statement.
Chief OkorochaArchbishop Obinna, who repeated the demand while fielding questions from journalists in Owerri, wondered why it was taking the governor such a long time to publish the state account for public consumption.
The fiery Catholic cleric challenged journalists to invoke the Freedom of Information Act, and force the governor to release the document.

The fiery Arch Bishop Obinna is at it again nd Okorocha dares not disregard his warning. Go ask Ohakim wah happened wen he had a problem against a catholic priest. Okorocha is anoda chief propangandist who talks more dan he does. I doubt if Journalist wud use d FOI bill to gt d info cos all dy do wen dy attend functions is jostle for envelopes and food. Let dem prove me wrong if am nt saying d truth
