pls when purchasing a blender try to look for good one, if going for new one make sure you go for something around 12k to 20k or more from serious brands like kenwood or phillips etc. If tokumbo, go for a blender around 7k to 12k. Note, never you boil or warm your beans before blending. try to blend in batches making room for water addition. when you like the texture remove and start another batch till you finish as it does not take much time to get done.

The beans is so special to me that I cant afford to waste it if my blender isn't ganna get the job done

I bought my blender 3500. after washing d beans, soak for like 1hr at most, then blend in batches. This is how I ve always grind my beans. I hate outside grinding machine cos some have hidden dirt inside, and they manage water. So they won't wash clean.

Very true o,I tried one blender I got sometime in 2013 if u see d kind smell wey dey comot frm d blender lik say rubber dey melt. Omo d beans was far frm smooth o,lol! I cook am so but of cos d outlook cnt be lik d perfectly blended paste,lol! I tinnk getn a good blender esp dos glass type go mak sense odawise go meet dos ero ata pple to blend am jeje

Soak d beans and peel off the skin.soak the beans for 4hrs or over9t(with enough water in d bowl cos d beans wil soak up d water). Get a good and quality,add in d beans,pepper,onions,crayfish,maggi. Add a little water to help d blender work better.

Do this in batches.dnt grind all the beans at once.hereby stuffing the blender

u can also peel the beans and make pounded yam using ur blender

milk? Have not added or tasted a milk in moi moi. Individual differences,we all have different taste bud and some like to dey do experiment and praticalize while cooking.i might try it one day also,what does it taste lhke?is it evaporated or powdered milk?

Add garlic,ginger, nutmeg,crayfish.with all these,sometyms i dnt add egg,fish,or minced meat

I use exactly the ingredients you mentioned plus onions, pepper, tatashe/shombo. .. Tastes great always
I always use fish or corned beef though. ..

And its usually smooth? I soak in order not to stress d blender and to give me a nice n very smooth texture.
wow yummy, maybe I will prepare some tomorrow. Though I can't take it without pap/akamu.
