They don open office for illiterate lastma officers. Those exception will never be taken into cognizance by the overzealous lastma touts.

Soon they will start arresting luxurious buses under the pretence that they have more than 6 tires

Instead of an outright ban, can we consider creating entry/exit corridors through Oshodi/Apapa Expressway and Badagry Expressway and restrict local deliveries to night time For the avoidance of doubt, Ikorodu Road from Apapa to Ojota should be no go areas.

The exemption list has not captured petrol tankers. I hope this will not result into another strike and fuel scarcity in Lagos State.

I hope those who make this law think well before making this economic sabotage law

How could they make such law when the security of life and property in the country is near zero?now they want. Truck drivers to move at night with no provision for security of their goods. Truck drivers se hell in the hand of armrobbers who hijack and diir good in the daylight, what will now happen when they move at night?

Did LASG consider port operation at night? And the attendant adverse effect on the federal and state economy?
This isn't the vest approach to solve the problem, what they should have done is to organise stakeholder meeting on the issue to find a lasting and beneficial solution to the problem rather showman law that won't have any impact of the economy

very good move, a governor is supposed to be responsive...this is Lagos state. those container trucks should be well scrutinized for safety checks before leaving the ports.
