Okorocha inherited years of arrears with some running to 12 years which he has been reducing by paying in phases. I was saying this before election that Rochas has nothing to offer Imo state,starting from when he started playing tricks in road construction,that man scammed imo state big time. We have to wait till 2019 before this menance will be over.
