The operatives of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of Lagos State Police Command, have arrested a suspected member of a two-man syndicate which specialised in vandalising and stealing street light power cable, on September 25, 2015, at about 12:25a.m around Opebi in Ikeja area, Lagos.
