The case here is that some HOD's who are supposed to summon departmental meeting to consider the admission travelled. Wen I went to the admissions office of PG ,I overheard a staff's conversation on phone telling somebody to bring result print out so she can work on the admission, there n then fear grips me as the admission could be manipulated.

Usually unizik releases her admission by January ending to 2nd week of February, and then March they do Credentials screening and orientation at the end of the month and school begins. But Now there is introduction of screening test, they must change initial stance for 2 reasons. (1) to enable people who didn't make the admission seek admission else where. (2) the 2014/2015 session is running behind schedule, they are trying to start this session earlier so that this session wouldn't run behind schedule.
I was at Awka by February this year, I wanted to join the 2014/2015 session but Admission list had been released. I pressed all buttons that could be pressed no way. Unizik to a large extent gives admission based on merit. All these Admission officers claiming score upgrade and all those fictitious admission promises should fly away from this thread with immediate effect.

Some persons are getting calls from Unizik to notify them that their transcript haven't been received. If your transcript is there, you wouldn't be called but if not be sure to hear from them. Also I still maintain my stand on end of the month admission list or at most first week of November. Don't ask me source just believe. Best Wishes!

It's actually not fear...it is rather the irritation that comes with the delay which I think is just unnecessary. Well, like you said, patience is the only card we have to play as it stands now. So, no fear.

lets keep calm, the admission list will surely come out this year, it might even be in December. am not even bothered one-bit, the tension here is too much.
pls frnds relax ur nerves, 85% of us will be admitted unless ur cgpa is below d required. forget d screening text saga, remember its their first time.
