are you in lagos? you can buy in computer village; they even have usb tv cards (which is usefuil if you're using a laptop) though i recommend that you read the packaging well to ensure that the card has driver for windows Vista |

yeah you can get a usb one 4 less than 10k; i don't know how much exactly |
