Leo Ogor as he was quoted saying that the National Assembly is proposing to amend the 1999 Constitution to grant immunity to its Presiding Officers. Recall that Section 308 of the Constitution confers immunity on four categories of public officers: the President and Vice President and Governors and their Deputies. Immunity kee  ?4 waitin naaa. dey hv no budjet naaaa,wat r dey need it 4? Dat is my question.Nass we resume today and after two days dey we go to another holiday 4 three to fourweek seriously am nt support dis.its meanless.but i believe strongly dat excutive will nt approve it. |
