PDP National Leadership Meets With PDP National Assembly Members

The Leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) under the Chairmanship of H. E. Senator Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi, CON, with other members of the National Caretaker Committee met this evening with the PDP National Assembly Principal Officers and members in the Senate and House of Representatives under the leadership of the Deputy Senate President, Sen. Ike Ekweremadu, CON.
The Meeting which was convened at the instance of the National Caretaker Committee briefed members of the National Assembly on the state of affairs of the Party since after the last National Convention in Port Harcourt, Rivers State; especially on the ongoing reconciliation process.

The Deputy Senate President in his opening remarks, thanked members for taken time out of their busy schedule to attend the Meeting. He equally expressed appreciation for the recognition accorded them by the National Caretaker Committee for the briefing. In the same vein, the Minority Leaders of Senate and House of Representatives, H. E. Senator Godswill Akpabio, CON, and Rt. Hon. Leo Ogor in their goodwill messages respectively, eulogized the collective responsibility of the leadership style of the National Chairman and his team especially in their pursuit for peace and unity in our Party.

According to the National Chairman, the Meeting is to assist leadership of the Party harvest more ideas and be guided towards achieving the mandate of rebuilding the Party and strategizing to return the PDP to power in 2019 not only with majority of states but also reclaiming the Center.
Finally, the Meeting unanimously endorsed the peace process initiated by the National Caretaker Committee to reconcile all aggrieved members of the Party. The Party leadership maintained that there is no faction in the PDP but grievances amongst Party members and that will be resolved soonest.

Long live the PDP! Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!!

I am honestly tired of these old politicians both in APC and PDP.
The younger generation are not seeing beyond the pea nuts they get from these ancestral politicians.
They just fold their arms and watch them destroy what is left of our common wealth and discuss it online.
Just like today, some people were jumping upandan defending and standing behind one Frog eye somebody like some god .
The younger generation are not living up to expectation.

PDP must be united with full force to come rescue Nigerians from this clueless apc criminals.

We must get back our lives and move on from there.

They said they took out time from their busy schedule? Busy schedule where? Career politicians who cannot do their jobs claim to be busy? Even to be in the opposition they can't! Busy schedule from where they are holed up in different hotel suites with different girls of easy virtue.
