I think it's really simple to achieve this. All we need to do is to get the NPC, National Population Commission to work with the NIMC, National Identity Management Commission during the 2016 census. Since both exercises will use bio-metrics, why don't just partner to achieve this? This will go a long way to help the security of this country. God Bless The Federal Republic of Nigeria |
