[quote author=Yommieyomi post=67006749]Still awaits comments... [/quotee] Yes there is hope. It is a vague way of saying your application will be delayed as they then do not say categorically how soon your documents will be returned. My timeline - Biometrics - 12th March Application recieved - 21st March Application not straightforward mail - 04 April Passport ready - 24th April |

lamestika: You are refused simply because you are not financially strong enough to afford this trip. You are going to spend over 3months of your salary for this short trip. |

hi justwise ekpotek chloe00 and other gurus.. I submitted my application yesterday online and got an appointment but while going through the documents now I saw that I made a mistake where they asked how much do you make in a year... what confused me was when they asked do you have any other income which I choose yes and I only calculated the other income and not my salary.. now won't this mistake count against me or can I explain this with a cover letter?? |

solaiphones: Depend on if your dad was born British or by Naturalization. If born British, he can register you as a british citizen despite that you are over 18 years. However, if your dad British Citizenship is through naturalization, you cannot claim British Citizenship as you are over 18 years. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by ekpotek: 12:11pm On Apr 25, 2018 |
lamestika: Wrong move. Your employer should have submitted its bank statement in addition to writing a letter that they will be responsible of the trip. Beside N600K cannot amount to full sponsorship. |

Hello house, please this is very urgent, I submitted my application at the UK office at VI on Tuesday and also did my biometrics, I applied for a tier2 dependent visa of which my husband is the sponsor, the kind of visa I applied for is usually called Tier2 PBS or categorized under work visa l, but when I got to the office, I was told all my original documents which I brought that were not in A4 paper size should be photocopied to that size e.g my marriage certificate and our wedding pictures, I later got an email from TLScontact asking me to create an account, which I did and when I logged in, I realized I was registered on their website for visitors visa less than 6 months and that wasn't what I applied for, and i dont want to get refused due to their mistake, please what can I do? I don't want to get refused, and would I still need to post the original documents to UKVI?PS. I still have his statement of account and other original documents with me. Please I need your help before it's too late. Thank you |
