For a State or a group of States wishing to secede from the Federation, the following ten steps ought to be taken and satisfied as least alternative to the Constitutional requirements. 1, BOR or DOR--Preparation of a Bill or Declaration of Rights to secede from the Nation called Nigeria, listing the names of Sponsors to the Declaration, which must not be more or less than two persons from every constituted local governments of the State(s). 2, LON-- Certified list of the State(s) names and their Proposed new names of their Proposed Country. 3, SABSG--Sworn Affidavits by the State or States Governors of their Knowledge and Acceptance of their people's desire to secede. 4, SABSCG-- sworn Affidavit by the States Chief Judges of their Knowledge and Acceptance of the people of the states Desire to secede. 5, SABSLGC--Sworn Affidavit by the States L.G.Chairmen of their Knowledge and Acceptance of the people of their local governments' Desire to secede. 6, ROSA--Resolution of each state Assembly on the peoples' Desire to secede. 7, ROSLGC--Resolution of each state's LG Council on the peoples Desire to secede. 8, All these should be forwarded to The President, to NASS and to the Supreme Court for information and necessary actions. 9, All these should be published in all National Media, Internet and International media at the expense of the states wishing to secede. 10, After all of the above, the Federal Government, on the advice of the Federal Council of States, should give the State(s) wishing to secede "a sealed certificate of secession in their new name jointly authenticated by Mr. President, Senate President and the CJN and an Act made to further authenticate the secession.---by aConcernedNigerian.

I agree with this, with the collaboration of concerned traditional rulers, LG chairmen, state governors, houses of assembly, it will become a reality but you dont mind the FG that much, just notify them, the people to appeal to and court are the people at the UN who all agree that Nigeria is an open sore on Earth surface.


So, the write up is excellent and the only thing missing there is a petition to the United Nations and that happens to be the most important step. This is what the Yoruba should do after which we then militarize our place to a reasonable extent.
