Bro....I wouldn't find anything funny in an SS2 student with this level writing skills. In fact...the student has done well under the circumstances. ... what goes in is what is expected to come out. I guess you were one of the teachers. If one is to grade your writing skills judging from your post.....do you really think you would be recommended to be a teacher? Your writing skill is not much higher than that of the student you are putting on blast.....that wasn't necessary. Just another case of pot calling the kettle black....a part of the root of the problem and don't even know.

This is not funny too embarrassing can you all see why some many who are so brilliant fail WAEC wait a minute if this was to mark WAEC sheet what will happen for God sake

And there are many of them like that marking WAEC and other serious examination pls God what is all these in my country

And look at them laughing even the si called chairman laughing so is what Oshiomole and the woman doing a comedy

Is this funny or embarrassing

Beside why video this sort of embarrassment to world to see

This is bad and horrible situation as per education in Nigeria and this kind of teacher are the most wicked in any school.

This isn't a laughing matter. In fact, it's a matter that calls for a sober reflection. Most of those unqualified teachers were employed by the government simply because they are influential (that is what we call long leg ). If anything will be politicized, it shouldn't be education because that is the foundation of the society. If a thourou interview had been conducted, this so-called teacher would have been disqualified but because it is based on who -you -know, we have people like this in our educational system. Public school teachers should be compelled to sit for SSCE past questions in their respective disciplines and the government will discover that most Of them won't pass the examination. If I were in power, that is what I'll do and then sack all half-baked teachers.

Before you remove the stick from another person's eye, please always ensure that yours is free of such. In as much as I sincerely feel sorry for this woman (being inadvertently hilarious), yet, take a good look at what even you, (mr/mrs) know-it-all wrote; "who know what she teach the kids"!

Did this Nigga right here say she should go back to NCE? You realize that for you to get to NCE you must have passed Common Entrance, First school Leaving Cretificate exams, Junior WAEC and SSCE? And you remember that to write Common Entrance you must be able to read the questions asked?

That biitch should be in nursery 3 at the max.

Not always leg but also allocation/zoning. When the condition of employment is based on state of origin more than actual qualification.

If Every State Governor outsourced its recruitment into the civil service to credible agencies, most civil servants would have no jobs. Remember that Patience Jonathan is exactly like this woman who can't read a script and yet is the most educated Nigerian First Lady.

This is an indictment of the Nigerian Education system.

This is not only embarrassing, but shameless to say the least! I'm really so angry with that teacher right now, including whoever interviewed her and gave her that job! No wonder we produce illiterate graduates in our schools! To think she even had the guts to laugh, and even address her Governor the way she did! Nonsense!

This problem goes way beyond that woman. The Nigerian society is in a total decay, in all areas.

And, this is why the best way to teach or learn is using your native language. It eliminates ambiguities and makes learning natural.

I've started doing something about it, but in this forum only trivial issues make it to the front page most of the time.

I've started teaching science and mostly explaining scientific principles in Pidgin English. In a way even a market woman will understand it.

While we all can laugh and poke fun at this woman, but sadly that's how white people generally laugh at us when we claim we're educated in their languages (French and English). Because, they are well aware that education means acquiring knowledge using your own language.

If I have my way, I'll change the way education is conducted in the entire African continent.
