In reality these car parts are expensive if it's original.Shocks and pads are not exclusive to Toyota which mean other manufacturers use the same part

It depends on the quality of the new ones...Original new shocks are kinda costly

If used shocks are more expensive than new, then try to imagine how much the used ones cost when they were new (They were new before they become used). That is to tell u the new ones u saw are substandard. But really i don't expect u to spend too much on oem parts for a 15 year old car.

that's the aftermath of a niaja used car but although not that it isn't expected though but I see u ve spent a lot on that ride and who knows the once to come up even after you fix these faults.my advice, just fix these things up and sell it off just the same way you bought it,I'm pretty optimistic that an engine fault is on its way too and trust me these amount spent would be peanuts compared to what you will spend on any engine saga

Are u really serious? How much do u think he can sell the car even though he just bought it. So after spending a lot of money to put a car in a state he wants it to be then he should sell it. Then what? Add more money, buy another one and start spending money AGAIN to put it in the state that he wants?

yes but that's not a reason to be pound foolish,a friendly advice si that he cuts his looses....that's why new things are always preffereable, they might be expensive but its always worth the cost on the long run

So at last car up and running....i so luv the new feel. it tends to accelerate faster now(dont knw d cause of dat). bumping into potholes now gives me little concerns.

Nxt work will probably be a panel beating job. Exhaust kinda low(they said it's a 2003 camry exhaust so it's kinda protruding)...I should trade for a 2001 if them gree wink

But d sound is not very smooth...maybe I should jus yank it off and place a real 2001 model exhaust.

Pls don't over love-vendor your Camry
Someone on this forum pimped his 2007 Camry
He has to change the engine now
Meanwhile you need to know some mechanics are rip off, they are only after their pocket

seriously am learnin alot here

will jus leave the exhaust the way it is. but am abit concern how low it is. maybe they should cut it and push it inward abit. right now, weneva i go tru a bump, it always leave a long scratch on d exhaust. i fear if it continues dat way, it myt be damaged
