As A Physics Student Is Embedded Electronics Advisable As A Career? by Jamzig1(m): 8:06pm On Oct 18, 2015
Hello Nairalanders, I need advice(s) from experienced guys in the house. I am currently studying PHYSICS in the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB). Will be starting 200L in less than two months time. The thing is i have been reading some materials online on embedded systems electronics especially on this forum. It caught my interest because I am an hobbyist in electronics. So I want to go into Embedded Systems electronics as a career. Is it advisable? I would love to here your opinion(s) as soon as possible. Bless you

As a hobby......good. You can be whatever you wanna be by yourself. However, as a career, you would better switch to electrical/electronics......

oh...you think once you graduate you'll be working in shell as a subsea engineer or what You got to be kidding me. What you will learn in school will mostly be theory........and if you're lucky, you find urself in radio and tv stations setting their transmission signals......
