Impose heavy tax upon all private cars and rickety buses and little tax upon private cab, using lastma  and a mobile data collection system within a time frame of Monday to Friday and 7am-7pm within traffic areas ,then support more brt to different locations . bikes not more than 200cc should be wiped including company bikes . improve the police cars against thief pursuit and and pound any car that breaks down along the road.
Car tax card can be shared or pos receipts printed and  given upon payment . revenue generated can can be used for other social  amenities.and then other transport companies can come to support leaving government agencies to regulate.

Bro, do you have any other thing you do in life apart from discussing Biafra?

@op do you own a car? Do you even know the consequences of what you just said if (I doubt) adopted.?

That's not the solutions but depriving citizen the right to freedom.

There many better ways. Do you realise that wen Brt was introduced and monitored the traffic in lagos reduced but becuz, no one is paying attention in sustaining that project it's gradually derailing.

The question should rather be addressed to you who has nothing to offer on the thread than asking questions about a poster who offered suggestions on the possibility of solving the traffic issues in Lagos
